Beyond First Class – Homes & Estates | Fall 2022

Whether you center your life around great food, collecting watches, or traveling to off-the-beaten-path places (or all of the above), the fall 2022 issue of Homes & Estates seeks to capture stories that would inspire you and keep your life passions aflame.

For foodies, there’s a story on Michelin-starred restaurants turning up in off-the-beaten-path places. (Is a Tokyo metro station unexpected enough for you?) Speaking of the unexpected, there’s also a travel feature on the Canadian Rockies and a look at a new white-glove airport service that delivers you right to your commercial aircraft complete with security and a private lounge. For fashion watchers, there’s a feature on the latest and greatest timepieces. And to cap it off, the cover property – a restored 1917 architectural masterpiece in Montecito designed by celebrated Santa Barbara architect Francis T. Underhill – offers up a truly inspiring modern interpretation of a Montecito legacy home that can never be replicated today. There’s plenty of inspiration to go around in this very special issue!
